Walmart is looking to solve the problem of ensuring product quality and efficient processing on their production lines by hiring individuals who can inspect finished trays, ensure correct labeling and product placement, and manage product flow.
Requirements
- Working with hazard analysis and critical control poings (HACCP)
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
- Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements.
Responsibilities
- Inspects finished trays for obvious defects (for example, improper film application), correct product labels and placement, and correct product inside the tray.
- Enters product Price Look-Up (PLU) data into the control panel to guide trays to the appropriate.
- Removes defective product from the product stream and alerts management as needed.
- Assists with tasks related to product modification as necessary.
