Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in operations research, data science, machine learning, and logistics or last mile optimization.
- Expertise in advanced ML techniques, optimization, and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).

- Using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch)
- Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R

Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end strategy, design, and optimization of Last Mile Delivery platform algorithms.
- Integrate cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, Gen AI, and advanced ML techniques to improve routing efficiency.
- Lead technical design and execution of optimization models and tools that power LMD asset strategy
- Lead large-scale data analysis to identify opportunities for operational and business improvement.
- Ensure delivery of scalable, robust, and measurable solutions that impact key business outcomes.
- Apply mathematical optimization, LLMs, Gen AI, and advanced ML techniques to solve high-impact logistics challenges.
- Serve as the primary thought leader for algorithmic decisions affecting Last Mile logistics.
