Responsibilities
- Lead platform engineering efforts, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones for scalable, secure software and AI/ML systems.
- Oversee architectural reviews and system design to promote maintainability, extensibility, and performance across services.
- Drive full software development lifecycle management, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance across multiple teams.
- Champion DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to enhance delivery efficiency and system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML features and intelligent automation into products.
- Mentor engineers, fostering technical excellence, rigorous testing, and adherence to security standards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to align technical initiatives with business goals and track operational metrics.
