The Cigna Group is looking to improve the digital experiences for their Pharmacy members, aiming to enhance user satisfaction and potentially increase revenue through better product design.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in UX design, preferably in highly-regulated industries
- A strong portfolio of work with examples of creative problem solving and critical thinking—especially within complex ecosystems
- Experience with human-centered design methodologies
- Experience designing across channels (web, native mobile, email)
- Proficiency in Figma
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our Pharmacy members’ journeys, and the pain points and opportunities within
- Collaborate directly with business, product, and technology partners to find solutions that are desirable, viable, and feasible
- Effectively translate business strategy, quantitative data, and qualitative research into creative concepts and solutions
- Think critically about the implications of member experience on the business
- Provide compelling rationale to align partners around solutions
- Create clickable prototypes in Figma
- Efficiently prioritize your time and your work
