Requirements
- Proficiency with UI design tools, preferably Figma
- Understanding of UX design methodology, interaction principles, and best practices
- Proficiency in digital accessibility standards and ability to incorporate accessibility best practices into design solutions
- Experience with contextual design techniques and applying them to create user experiences
- Understanding of AI and GenAI technologies and their applications in UX design
- Basic understanding of fintech concepts and eagerness to develop knowledge in financial technology
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
Responsibilities
- Create user-centered design solutions for web pages, emails, and interactive tools
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the existing UI design system
- Translate complex product information into clear and user-friendly content
- Conduct user research and discovery to gather insights and inform digital design decisions
- Stay informed about industry trends, UX research methodologies, and emerging technologies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences
- Demonstrates effective presentation skills and ability to integrate feedback into work
- Ability to partner seamlessly with different members of the organization to understand project requirements and goals
- Self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of experience in UX design or related field
- UX certification or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future
