Amentum JETS II contract seeks to fill a temporary User Experience (UX) Designer position to develop web interfaces for science data sets from NASA's International Space Station and Artemis missions, and to create science data visualization designs, graphic designs, and applications for exploration science and mission data.

Responsibilities
- Work in a small development team environment alongside NASA scientists, engineers, flight controllers, and other professionals in to develop web interfaces for science data sets from NASA's International Space Station and Artemis missions
- Code, build, test, and deploy feature enhancements to core products in the EVA Mission System Software portfolio
- Develop science data visualization designs, graphic designs, and applications for exploration science and mission data
- Assist in communicating science mission requirements to a range of mission engineering develop projects and organizations
- Perform other duties as required

- This position is temporary position for 1 year
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area and normally possess 3 years of work experience.
- Current student or recent graduate with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human Computer interaction, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency may be a requirement for this position.
- Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
