Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging user experiences that meet business and user needs
- Collaborate with product teams to create seamless and innovative design solutions
- Utilize and contribute to internal design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine designs
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to communicate design ideas effectively
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes
- Support the implementation of accessible and inclusive design standards

- Minimum of an Associate's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in user experience design or related roles
