FloSports needs to improve its digital streaming platform for underserved sports by understanding user needs and validating product designs through user research.
Requirements
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- 1-3 years of experience in UX research
- Relevant portfolio
- Experience with a research repository system like EnjoyHQ, Dovetail, Condens, Aurelius, etc.
- Experience with UX research platforms and tools like Maze, dscout, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, UserZoom, etc.
- Experience with behavioral analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Pendo, Heap, Amplitude, etc.
- Experience with Figma
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct iterative usability tests
- Contribute to ResearchOps like recruiting and scheduling participants
- Contribute to the research repository
- Execute research activities, including interviews, moderated product baselines, unmoderated studies, analysis and tagging of interviews, crafting reports
- Analyze behavioral analytics data
- Perform both generative and evaluative research
- Help analyze behavioral analytics, design and interpret surveys, and interpret and present quantitative results from unmoderated usability studies
