AnaVation is seeking an experienced User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) Developer to join a rewarding and dynamic work program. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience by designing user-centric, accessible, and intuitive interfaces that ensure seamless user interactions in an agile environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in UI design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, Axure, Sketch, etc.)
- Excellent front-end development skills with strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, JSON, SQL.
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., GIT).
- Experience with responsive design principles and techniques.
- Experience with user research methodologies (e.g., A/B testing, surveys, etc.)
- Familiarity with back-end technologies and APIs.
- Experience with mobile-first design principles.

- This position is currently hybrid (partially remote work with two days per week on-site with our customer in Lorton, VA).
- Remote status is subject to change at the customer’s direction, however, it is expected to continue.
- There may also be several meetings throughout the year where team members will collaborate on site for 1 to 2 weeks.
- This position requires an active Top-Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI access with a CI polygraph.
