Corteva Agriscience is looking to build a thriving product discovery practice and strengthen current practices by conducting user research to better understand the needs of their end users and improve their products
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of User Research and research participant recruitment best practices
- Basic knowledge of human subjects research methodologies
- Basic knowledge of qualitative coding and quantitative data analysis methods
- Familiarity with Qualtrics
- Familiarity with Dovetail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
Responsibilities
- Support senior user researchers to conduct cross-cutting user research, utilizing methodologies including but not limited to interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Help define research questions, identify methodologies and methods, design protocols
- Help design and build out surveys in Qualtrics
- Help conduct stakeholder interviews
- Help design and conduct qualitative interviews and usability testing with participants
- Engage with Dovetail to analyze data and produce actionable insights
- Write reports and present learnings
Other
- Undergoing a BA/BS or graduate degree in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, or equivalent practical experience
- Good interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who is able to identify gaps and opportunities to create more efficient processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with user researchers and product domain teams
