Texas Instruments is seeking a process integration engineer intern to enable competitive technology through process and parametric improvements for their 300mm FAB in Lehi, Utah. This role aims to optimize process performance to meet critical final device parameters for advanced analog and embedded technologies.
Requirements
- Knowledge of semiconductor solid state physics (devices and materials)
Responsibilities
- Utilize technical knowledge of semiconductor device physics to enable competitive technology through process and parametric improvements
- Drive process and device improvements through characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis and simulation
- Ownership of technology parametric performance
- Parametric Cpk improvements
- Parametric test dispositions including root cause determination for scrap or outliers, definition and evaluations of experiments to improve processes
- Product flow creation/review
- Cross functional team leadership to support the transfer, development, qualification, and manufacturing of advanced analog and embedded technologies.
Other
- Currently pursuing a Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineer, Electrical Computer Engineer, or solid state physics, applied physics or quantum mechanics specializing in semiconductors.
- Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA, or higher
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
