Wing offers drone delivery as a safe, fast, and sustainable solution for last mile logistics. Consumer appetites for on-demand services are increasing, but current delivery methods are inefficient, costly, and contribute to road accidents and air pollution. Wing's UTM (Uncrewed Traffic Management) team builds products and services for pilots, regulators, and the public to enable safe and compliant drone operations.
Requirements
- Experience with C++, or ability to quickly pick up C++ with experience in similar languages like Java, Python, or C.
Responsibilities
- Help design and build systems that will be used by real-world customers.
- Optimize the performance of scalable backend services.
- Profile production compute utilization and identify bottlenecks.
- Work with large-scale technical infrastructure.
Other
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, graduating between December 2026 and August 2027
- Strong examples of previous engineering experience from past internships, research, and/or extracurricular projects.
- Passion for Aviation and Drone technologies.
