GEP is looking for a UX Content Strategist to elevate user experience and strengthen market position by transforming how the company communicates with clients across multiple channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX content strategy, UX writing, or content design, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing client-facing content projects, preferably involving emails or system notifications.
- Experience with multi-channel content strategy and cross-platform consistency.
- Understanding of content governance and scalable content systems.
- Familiarity with user research methods and applying findings to shape content.
- Experience establishing content standards and style guides across organizations.
- Experience with design tools (like Figma), content modeling and localization strategy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a thorough audit of current in-product communications (emails, alerts, notifications, etc.).
- Define a comprehensive content strategy for system-generated communications, prioritizing clarity, tone, timing, and usefulness.
- Write, edit, and optimize client-facing messages (e.g., onboarding emails, system alerts, reminders, product updates).
- Collaborate with designers to pair content with visuals and interaction patterns effectively.
- Collaborate with data science teams on content strategy for AI Agentic experiences.
- Contribute to GenAI user experience content development and optimization.
- Work closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineering to bring content into production.

- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
- Comfortable working independently but collaboratively in a fast-paced product development environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role based out of Clark, New Jersey Headquartered three days per week.
