Requirements
- You have a foundational understanding of UX design principles and are eager to grow your skills.
- You’re currently working in or have experience with digital product design, interaction design, or visual design.
- You’re comfortable using design tools and collaborating in a team environment.
- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Support usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
- Help ensure consistency across platforms by contributing to design systems and style guides.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior designers to create user interfaces that are accessible, engaging, and aligned with Allstate’s brand and customer needs.
- Apply design best practices, usability principles, and knowledge of human behavior to improve digital product experiences.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings with product managers, developers, and researchers.
- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
