Requirements
- 4+ years designing user experiences for internal tools, enterprise software, or operational platforms, treating internal users like customers.
- Skilled in rapid iteration with whiteboards, sketches, and prototypes to bring clarity to ambiguity.
- Strong visual thinker with systems awareness, mapping workflows and user journeys to design scalable solutions.
- Thrive in fast-paced, feedback-driven environments with a usability-first, “don’t make me think” approach.
- Passionate about organizing information and contributing to scalable design systems for consistency and efficiency.
- Experienced in user research, feedback loops, and connecting insights across teams to inform cohesive, platform-level experiences.
- Confident leading design independently, navigating ambiguity with clarity and purpose.
