Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years of Interaction Design experience
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Knowledge of UX industry best practices, processes, and methodologies
- Familiarity with inclusive design practices and WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience with Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related programs
- Strong understanding of information and interaction design principles
- Ability to communicate complex design concepts effectively to diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Translate internal client goals into basic design prototypes aligned with user-centered design standards
- Maintain and adhere to style guides, design libraries, and branding guidelines
- Evaluate existing websites and applications for viewport adaptation, aesthetic appeal, and usability
- Assist with user testing and gather feedback to refine designs
- Communicate design concepts and customer journeys clearly to developers and product owners
- Collaborate with senior UX designers and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality digital experiences
- Participate in project planning, defining user experience strategies for multiple initiatives
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and business acumen skills
- Motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
