TechnoMile is seeking a Lead UX Designer to lead the design and development of intuitive, impactful user experiences for their AI-enabled SaaS platform tailored to the Government Contracting industry. The goal is to ensure the platform effectively manages complex workflows, data analytics, and AI-driven features to enhance user productivity and decision-making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of overall UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven ability to develop creative and innovative design solutions that keep products fresh and engaging
- Experience conducting concept testing, developing user personas, and performing task/user analysis
- Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to inform design decisions
- Ability to plan and execute strategies for interactive product development
- Proficiency in creating prototypes that demonstrate navigation, information hierarchy, and user flows
- Detailed knowledge of current online tools, marketing trends, and SEO best practices
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee complex workflows and data analytics interfaces tailored to GovCon users
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to integrate AI features that enhance usability
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine design solutions
- Develop comprehensive user journeys and personas to guide product development
- Create intuitive interfaces for visualizing complex data analytics and AI-driven insights
- Work closely with Data Science teams to visualize insights that facilitate decision-making
- Manage and optimize UX workflows within Azure DevOps, ensuring effective collaboration and project tracking

- Define and drive the UX vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to ensure UX aligns with strategic objectives
- Present UX strategies and design concepts to executive leadership and clients, articulating the value of design choices
