Requirements
- Strong portfolio of ML or AI based workflow tools, platform or vertical solutions
- Comfortable owning user journeys from discovery to deployment, not just UI design.
- Adept with Figma, prototyping tools, and user feedback loops.
- Adept with modern vibe coding tools like Replit, Lovable.
- Experience in payer workflows, care management, or utilization review tooling.
- Background in user research or service design.
- Familiarity with HCIT compliance, FHIR, or clinical decision support tools.
Responsibilities
- Own UX end-to-end across high-impact product areas ranging from wireframes to validated prototypes.
- Design AI-first workflows that augment human decision-making in complex clinical and operational healthcare use cases.
- Craft elegant, usable, and scalable design systems — especially for information-dense interfaces.
- Build interaction patterns that make AI outputs feel actionable, trustworthy, and intuitive.
- Work with delivery teams to help create world-class UX for AI Workflows
- Create reusable component libraries and templates for various user interaction patterns
- Collaborate with engineers and product owners to help translate UX into awesome UI applications.
Other
- 5+ years of product design experience — at least 1-2 years in healthcare or healthtech verticals.
