Requirements

  • 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or User Experience (UX) design.
  • 2 years of experience with visual design in product or User Experience (UX) design environments.
  • Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
  • Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the design process from initial concept to execution, delivering high-quality, visually compelling, and user-friendly experiences in a changing, adaptable environment.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering teams to develop a user-centered product goal, gather insights, and ensure alignment throughout the development life-cycle.
  • Identify and explore complex workflows, leveraging opportunities for simplification and Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration, while taking ownership of the design process to develop practical and inventive solutions.
  • Create and iterate on a wide range of design assets, including concept sketches, user journeys, low and high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual specifications.
  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring visual consistency and aesthetic appeal across all user experiences.
