Requirements
Experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
Experience in application development in at least one platform/area (e.g., web, iOS, Android, CompDes, XR).
Experience in software development, game development or other systems.
Experience building prototypes for AI/ML systems, AI-native development tool-chains and workflows.
Knowledge of the software development process.
Understanding the latest methods and tools and AI technologies.
Ability to develop comprehensive prototypes.
Responsibilities
Develop user journeys, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate technical and design solutions.
Work with a cross-functional team to identify, scope, and execute on opportunities to improve server development tools and features.
Present concepts, proposals, and updates to executive stakeholders, and translate complex concepts into simple and elegant design solutions.
Apply common Google Material styles and partner with engineering on implementation requirements.
Bridge the gap between advanced technologies, including AI/ML, and intuitive user experiences in complex and ambiguous problem spaces.
Create prototypes that identify the best product experiences, launch innovative features, build tools that accelerate UX teams, bridge between design and engineering discussions, and enable efficient, high quality execution.
Develop reusable patterns and frameworks that span our entire ecosystem of apps.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate closely with each other and with engineering and product management.
