Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work and impact in digital products—ideally in marketplace or B2B settings
- Experience designing for complex workflows and multi-user platforms
- Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC
- Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and information architecture
- Comfortable using research and analytics to guide decisions and improve experiences
- Experience in logistics, freight tech, transportation, or supply chain (Preferred)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React) (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX across shipper, carrier, and internal tools to create a cohesive, best-in-class marketplace experience
- Develop and execute user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that drive user engagement and reduce friction
- Lead user research and validation efforts, including usability testing, behavioral analytics, and stakeholder interviews
- Define and track key UX metrics (e.g., task success, adoption, NPS) to guide decisions and align design outcomes with business goals
- Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system that ensures consistency across products
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Mentor and lead UX/UI designers as needed, promoting strong design standards, user empathy, and continuous improvement
