The Research Coordinator's role is to help the research practice operate more efficiently by handling logistics so that researchers can focus on conducting research.
Requirements
- Experience providing operational support to fast-paced research teams.
- Experience with research participant recruitment
- An ability to anticipate and proactively solve logistical issues so your team knows they’ll never miss a beat when you’re coordinating their work
- 2 years’ experience collaborating with live research teams.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment like healthcare or financial services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate research participant recruitment
- Identify and recruit research participants per researcher specifications
- Coordinate schedules of research participants, researchers, and stakeholders
- Manage incentives
- Manage lists of past and future research participants
- Manage software systems used for data collection and analysis
- Prepare study materials and data collection tools for research sessions
Other
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
- Demonstrated skills in increasing team efficiency.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to the right details to ensure operations run smoothly
- Professional association with the Research Ops community.
