Requirements
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research techniques such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data to uncover insights and user behavior patterns
- Basic knowledge and willingness to use AI tools to aid research processes
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing research plans, interview guides, and participant recruitment materials
- Support the execution of user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Help conduct standard research activities such as usability testing, card sorting, and concept evaluations
- Summarize and synthesize research findings for review by senior researchers and cross-functional teams
- Organize and maintain research data, documentation, and insights for easy access and reference
- Network with other talented interns in a workplace where you can be yourself and thrive
Other
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and presenting research findings
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree
- Ability to work full-time
- Ability to work onsite in Raleigh, NC
