Requirements
- A strong interest in conducting user research to inform the development of products that solve complex problems in the enterprise UX space.
- Academic projects or experiences that demonstrate an understanding of user-centered research principles and methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Familiarity with research tools or platforms (e.g., survey tools, remote testing platforms) is a plus, but not required
- Interest in researching user experiences for Web applications and Mobile apps.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with the UX team to understand research objectives and contribute to a consistent, user-centered experience across our product portfolio.
- Bringing the voice of the user to the forefront by actively participating in research activities that inform and shape product development.
- Growing your research skills and toolkit through hands-on experience with various methods, including persona development, journey mapping, usability testing, concept testing, and discovery interviews.
- Assisting in the planning, facilitation, and analysis of user research studies, working with both qualitative and quantitative data to gather feedback and validate concepts.
- Helping to synthesize research findings and share actionable insights, enabling data-driven storytelling that drives a user-centric approach among product, engineering, and design counterparts.
- Developing a deep understanding of our markets and users, contributing to the definition of user personas and user roles.
- Working in a fast-paced, agile environment supporting multiple products, where your research contributions directly impact product direction.

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in fields such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, Sociology, Information Science, User Experience Design, or a related subject area.
