Lightricks is looking to improve the user experience of its AI-driven digital storytelling platform, LTX, by understanding how users collaborate with AI and translating those insights into product improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX Research, with a strong background in B2B user research.
- Experience researching AI-driven tools or researching advertising professionals and agencies.
- Proven track record of research findings impacting change
- Experience using varied research methods and knowing when and how to apply them
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute research using a range of methods—interviews, usability testing, concept testing, surveys, and diary studies—depending on the research goals.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to identify research opportunities that guide the evolution of LTX and its underlying AI capabilities.
- Conduct both generative and evaluative research to uncover users’ needs, workflows, and mental models when collaborating with AI.
- Contribute to building an understanding of AI–human collaboration, helping define what intuitive, trustworthy, and empowering AI experiences look like.
- Translate findings into clear, actionable insights that shape product direction, model behavior, and the overall user experience.
- Communicate insights creatively through storytelling, visuals, and presentations that inspire cross-functional teams and influence strategic decisions.
- Advocate for the incorporation of findings into our products through reporting, presenting, and working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders.
Other
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology and more
- Excellent, demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders at once. This includes relationship building, problem solving, and project management.
- Great communication skills – written and verbal are a must. You know how to get users talking, how to give compelling presentations, and everything in between.
