Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, GSuite, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with UX research tools (UserTesting, dscout, Optimal Workshop, eye-tracking)
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative studies
- Knowledge of UX research methods and tools
- Experience with design and product development
- Familiarity with emerging UX research tools and methodologies
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
Responsibilities
- Lead or support end-to-end UX research projects, including usability studies, interviews, field research, and surveys.
- Analyze research findings and generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Create compelling deliverables such as reports, personas, journey maps, and stakeholder presentations.
- Stay current with emerging UX research tools and methodologies and help implement best practices.
- Collaborate across teams to refine processes and ensure research impact on product and design decisions.
- Mentor junior researchers and participate in internal knowledge sharing.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, contributing to proposals, workshops, and presentations.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, Marketing Research, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of applied UX research experience, preferably client-facing or in-house.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, storytelling, time management, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior stakeholders.
