Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in qualitative research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product development phase.
- Experience influencing strategy and driving impact within cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute high-quality, high-impact qualitative research studies.
- Drive communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners, including engineering, data science, design, product/program management, etc.
- Clearly articulate product strategy across product pillars via a compelling narrative and actionable insights.
Other
- Masters or Ph.D. in Statistics, Behavioral Science, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, related fields, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience conducting consumer-focused, qualitative research on an embedded product team.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Can prioritize time between multiple projects, and be flexible, adapting to changing priorities.
