UBS is looking to solve the problem of creating innovative, user-friendly digital wealth management applications that drive meaningful and impactful client and advisor journeys through human-centered research and design.
Requirements
- Experience in CRM systems a strong asset.
- Experience or exposure to wealth management and wealth management platforms, including client portals, advisor tools, planning tools, robo-advisors, etc a plus.
- Experience with user research and testing tools (e.g., Qualtrics, UserTesting/UserZoom, Maze).
- Experience using visual design, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- Experience utilizing tools to manage work and collaboration (e.g., Jira, Gitlab, Miro, FigJam).
- Ideally 3+ years of user research and digital strategy experience.
- Experience with data analytics to inform strategies and measure their effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to gather valuable insights into customer needs and pain points, using methods such as interviews, surveys, and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering and analytics, to create cohesive and compelling experiences that resonate with users.
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of implemented strategies, ensuring continuous enhancement of the user experience.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to guide design and development efforts, providing a clear vision of the user journey.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the user experience, incorporating the latest innovations and methodologies.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for proposed strategies, and effectively communicating the value of user-centered design.
- Invest time in thorough user research to understand users’ needs, behaviors, and pain points, ensuring that strategies are user-centric and grounded in real-world insights.

- A bachelor’s degree in a related field; a graduate degree will be considered an asset.
- 3+ years of user research and digital strategy experience.
