Requirements

  • Exceptional and demonstrated end-to-end qualitative AND quantitative research skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous areas by aligning teams and stakeholders on the research insights
  • Experience working closely with UX Design, Product, and Engineering teams to drive high quality research processes and deliverables
  • Ability to effectively implement research recommendations to drive changes to the product strategy and roadmap
  • A portfolio that includes examples of leading strategic research with significant business outcomes
  • High standards of detail, excellence, professionalism and role model behavior
  • Strong research background in understanding human behavior and technology

Responsibilities

  • Drive the future of Qualtrics Experience Management products to deliver a best-in-class user experience
  • Infuse Qualtrics with user and product insights to help shape and drive the vision and strategy for the next generation of Qualtrics products
  • Work cross-functionally with designers, program and product managers, line of business owners, engineers, data scientists, and strategic planners to develop products that are easy-to-use and successful
  • Develop research strategy and push the boundaries on existing methodologies to deliver new innovative processes for conducting UX research
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and strategic planners to identify customer perceptions about Qualtrics and existing products
  • Define key scenarios, and collaborate to develop new or improved product concepts
  • Deliver actionable insights that guide product decisions by leveraging strong research background in understanding human behavior and technology

Other

  • Undergraduate and Master's degree in one of these disciplines: Psychology, Human-Centered Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or similar
  • 3-5 years of industry research experience
  • Ability to work East Coast (EST / UTC−05:00) time zone hours and be willing to start your workday around 5:00 AM at least three days a week
  • Wellness Reimbursement for $300 per quarter for wellness activities
  • $1800 yearly Experience bonus to be used for an “Experience” of your choosing
