LexisNexis is seeking a mid-level UX Researcher to join their global UX team to ensure their core products are user-focused by collaborating with product managers, technology leaders, and UX designers on research strategy, determining study methodologies, and gathering customer feedback and insights.
Requirements
- Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews and surveys.
- Experience with a survey tool such as surveymonkey.com or Qualtrics.
- Ability to prioritize research findings based on the research questions and strategic importance.
- Experience researching AI products and using AI to assist with research.
- Understanding of the Jobs to Be Done framework.
- Understanding of the U.S. legal system.
Responsibilities
- Plan studies and conduct research studies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions.
- Understand user needs through a variety of research methodologies.
- Synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights.
- Clearly communicate recommendations to improve the user experience and usefulness of products.
- Works with designers to iterate and test solutions.
- Recruits participants for studies.

- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- Suggested years of experience: 2-4 years
- Degree in human factors, psychology, anthropology, human geography or other relevant subject area.
