The partner company is looking for a UX Researcher to inform product strategy and enhance customer experiences by uncovering insights through qualitative and quantitative methods, analyzing findings, and communicating actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Familiarity with UX research tools such as UserTesting, dscout, Optimal Workshop, and eye-tracking technologies is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, GSuite, and project management software; basic to advanced data analysis and statistics skills are valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support end-to-end UX research projects across industries and platforms.
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including usability studies, field studies, interviews, and surveys.
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights, creating research deliverables such as journey maps, personas, and stakeholder presentations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting with research scoping, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Stay current with emerging UX research tools and methodologies, and participate in thought leadership activities.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, Marketing Research, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of applied UX research experience; experience leading client-facing projects is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present findings to stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, storytelling, and time management skills.
- Advanced degrees (Master’s or higher) or 5+ years of UX research experience are preferred.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, remote teams with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Potential travel up to 40%, depending on client and project needs.
