Requirements
- Experience with Figma
- Experience working on Agile or Scrum teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas clearly
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders to establish and evolve tactical user experience plans in alignment with business strategy
- Experience crafting strategic roadmaps for large-scale websites
- Ability to give design strategy presentations to internal teams and stakeholders
- Experience in client service and interacting with all levels of management
Responsibilities
- Explore all aspects of a customer's experience, establishing a complete understanding of their needs and preferences through a variety of tools and techniques
- Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts
- Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions
- Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies
- Craft strategic roadmaps for large-scale websites
- Coordinate with stakeholders to establish and evolve tactical user experience plans in alignment with business strategy
- Give design strategy presentations to internal teams and stakeholders
Other
- 10+ years of experience as a federal consultant
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Must be on camera during interviews and assessments
- Must be willing to work from a Booz Allen or client site facility periodically if position is listed as remote or hybrid
