Bold+Beyond is looking for a UX/UI Designer to create engaging user experiences and interfaces for a variety of digital platforms and marketing initiatives for their A-List clients.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a balance of visual design, UX expertise, and branding.
  • Proven experience designing high-performing landing pages and marketing websites.
  • Skilled in creating digital product assets and marketing materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and collaborative design workflows.
  • Ability to design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Experience collaborating closely with developers to translate designs into high-quality products.

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging user experiences and interfaces for corporate websites, B2B and B2C platforms, e-commerce sites, web applications, and mobile apps.
  • Create compelling visuals for growth marketing initiatives, including newsletters, landing pages, and campaign assets, in collaboration with the Growth Marketing Manager.
  • Build and maintain design systems aligned with client brand guidelines for consistent cross-channel usage.
  • Define and guide art direction for brands across multiple channels and materials.
  • Present concepts and designs directly to clients during weekly online meetings, gathering feedback and securing approvals.
  • Manage and deliver design work for ~5 active client projects per month.
  • Prepare organized design handoffs for developers, ensuring optimized assets and adherence to client visual standards.

Other

  • 3–5+ years of design experience in an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to work in Pacific Time (Los Angeles).
  • Full-Time or Contractor
