ReliaQuest is looking to build a world class user experience for their AI powered security operations platform, GreyMatter, by tackling tough design problems and educating others about design best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Strong portfolio of design projects that positively effected the business
- Experience working with external customers to understand pain points and brainstorming to create solutions
- Passion for designing solutions to complex, technical problems
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Strong portfolio of design projects in AI/LLM's
Responsibilities
- Meeting with customers to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and aspirations. You'll be the voice of the user, uncovering insights that shape the foundation of our products. This can be through interviews, usability testing, or analyzing feedback
- Collaborating with product managers and developers, and other stakeholders, advocating for the best possible user experience. You are bridging the gap between user needs and technical feasibility.
- Illustrate and iterate on design ideas through storyboards, sketches, and prototypes. You'll have the freedom to experiment, refine, and perfect your designs. From brainstorming sessions to testing prototypes with users, you'll play a key role in shaping the vision of our products and ensuring they meet real-world needs
- Designing wireframes and high-fidelity user interfaces, you'll be at the forefront of creating designs that are not only visually stunning but also highly functional. You'll dive into the details, ensuring every interaction and visual element aligns with our brand and enhances the user journey.
