Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with UX/UI design
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience with applying 508 accessibility standards in design
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and responsive design best practices
- Knowledge of Salesforce projects
- Knowledge of OmniStudio’s purpose, components, and how they shape user experience (UX)
- Experience with designing for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Case Management, and Experience Cloud
