Requirements
- Front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong design portfolio
- Experience working in Agile teams and iterative design environments
- Familiarity with design systems and digital style guides
- Experience designing for SaaS or enterprise web platforms
Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with business goals and user needs
- Create engaging, intuitive interfaces for both client-facing and internal applications
- Collaborate with development teams to build responsive, accessible, and visually appealing web designs
- Apply user feedback and data to continuously refine and improve usability
- Help drive a design-focused culture within a growing, tech-forward team
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related experience (Graphic Design minor a plus)
- Clear, confident communication with both tech and non-tech teams
