KBR is seeking an experienced and dynamic UX/UI Developer Manager to lead a team of designers and developers to deliver cutting-edge user experiences and interfaces for Department of Defense (DoD) programs, integrating advanced analytics, cloud technologies, and mission-critical defense applications.
Requirements
- Expertise with UX/UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).
- Experience with full-stack development or familiarity with back-end systems.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards in government projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic direction of UX/UI efforts across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and DoD requirements.
- Supervise the creation of user interfaces for analytics and cloud-based solutions, ensuring designs are visually appealing, accessible, and user-friendly.
- Champion a user-centered design approach, conducting user research, gathering feedback from government users, and performing usability testing.
- Ensure seamless integration of UX/UI solutions with advanced analytics, cloud platforms, and defense technologies.
- Support the development of dashboards and data visualization tools to translate complex analytics into actionable insights.
- Maintain responsive design standards across platforms while adhering to government security protocols and best practices.
- Produce and maintain documentation, including wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and design specifications, and provide progress updates to stakeholders.

- Lead and manage a team of UX/UI designers and developers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define deliverables, timelines, and milestones for design and development activities.
