AposHealth is looking to expand its reach within the VA healthcare system to help veterans with chronic knee, lower back, and hip pain by providing them access to the AposHealth device.

Requirements

  • Clinical, allied health, or rehabilitation background preferred (e.g., PT aide, exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, or related experience).
  • Prior experience working within or alongside the VA healthcare system is highly desirable.
  • Must meet credentialing and background requirements for access to VA facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Fit, deliver, and train veterans in the safe and effective use of AposHealth devices, ensuring clinical protocols and best practices are followed.
  • Provide ongoing patient follow-up, monitoring, and adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, clinical outcomes, and VA communications in the company’s CRM and reporting tools.

Other

  • Serve as the primary AposHealth representative to VA facilities in the Philadelphia, PA region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VA clinical and administrative staff to support patient access and adoption of AposHealth solutions.
  • Coordinate with VA Prosthetics, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, and Primary Care teams to streamline referrals and ensure successful implementation of therapy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and veteran advocate, communicating feedback from the VA system to internal AposHealth teams (clinical, sales, and leadership).
  • Support VA contracting, vendor registration, and related administrative processes in collaboration with AposHealth operations.
  • U.S. Military Veteran strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clinicians, administrators, and patients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities across both clinical service and liaison functions.
  • Passion for serving veterans and improving their quality of life.
  • Willingness to travel within the Philadelphia, PA region.
