Sedgwick is looking to hire a VB.Net Middleware Developer with Salesforce Knowledge to develop, maintain, and support software in a Salesforce / Windows Server environment, addressing complex and evolving technology challenges and delivering innovative customer-facing technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Salesforce / Salesforce Maps / Field Services Lightning Module
  • VB.NET/C/.NET Core
  • SQL Server
  • Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
  • Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, SharePoint, Active Directory, DNS, IIS, SQL
  • Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and support software in a Salesforce / Windows Server environment using integrated development environments like Visual Studio/Code or similar technologies.
  • Support and expand solutions developed using Salesforce, VB.NET Middleware and SQL Server.
  • Support existing applications and data flow between external systems via API/SFTP, middleware processing servers and Salesforce.
  • Gain deep familiarity with key application modules, including reports, parameters, claims management, intake services, IIS Servers, SQL Servers and Salesforce Environment.
  • Analyze user needs and assist in designing specifications to meet those needs.
  • Develop and modify software based on data processing requests.
  • Test and debug assigned projects; assist in testing projects developed by other team members.
