NTT DATA Services is looking to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of business processes in a regulated environment through automation
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with VBA
- Strong expertise in Excel VBA (mandatory)
- Experience with Access and/or Outlook VBA (preferred)
- 6+ years of advanced Excel experience
- Strong skills in formulas, macros, pivot tables, Power Query, and data models
- 5+ years of experience automating business processes
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL or data integration techniques
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain VBA-based automation solutions
- Build and enhance Excel-based tools for data processing, validation, and reporting
- Refactor and optimize existing VBA code for performance and maintainability
- Develop automated workflows integrating Excel, Access, Outlook, and databases
- Ensure automation solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards
- Produce and maintain technical and validation documentation
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of experience in Medical Devices or other regulated industries
- Ability to work in a remote environment
- Must be eligible to work in the US
