VDH requires a dedicated software QA tester to ensure the success of a high-profile, high-priority EHR implementation. The chosen system is replacing a legacy application that covers patient care, scheduling, billing, and more. The need for a dedicated software QA tester is critical to success of this effort.
Requirements
- Software testing, including interface, integration, smoke, and regression -Required 5 Years
- Cerner Millenium-focused testing products -Highly desired 3 Years
- Testing of claims billing and processing systems -Highly desired 3 Years
- Public Health-related IT, development, and / or testing -Highly desired 3 Years
- Hospital (public, private, or non-profit) healthcare-related IT, development, and / or testing -Nice to have 3 Years
Responsibilities
- using the Cerner Millenium toolset to test the application to ensure it meets user requirements
- validate changes along the way
- validate that user stories are built correctly / completely
- assist with coordinating these efforts across multiple functional workgroups

- 100% ON-SITE at first and then they will re-evaluate.
