Nissan is looking for a Quality Manufacturing Engineering Intern to support New Model Trial activities, analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to efficiency initiatives within Vehicle Quality Engineering to optimize operations and drive innovation in the future of mobility.
Requirements
- AutoCAD or SolidWorks is highly preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Access, etc.
Responsibilities
- Support New Model Trial activities within Vehicle Quality Engineering.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to efficiency initiatives aimed at optimizing VQE operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and outcomes.
- Assist with daily VQE tasks and contribute to ongoing quality initiatives.
Other
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Engineering- mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics preferred
- Valid driver's license
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated and ability to multi-task with day-to-day priorities
- Great communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to perform work onsite at Smyrna, TN, onsite M-F
