Quantum Health needs to ensure smooth operation of integrations with a wide variety of partners through data exchanges and API interactions, requiring technical guidance and coordination with both internal business partners and external counterparts.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with Cloud technologies like AWS or GCP.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing ETL pipelines and Data Orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
  • Strong understanding of Relational Database concepts (i.e. normalization, constraints, etc)
  • Good understanding of Web Technologies including APIs and SSO.
  • Proficient at troubleshooting technical issues (query performance, data integration anomalies)
  • 3+ years of Relational Database experience (SQL Server preferred)
  • 3-4+ years or ETL experience (SQL Server Integration Services preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery and integration planning sessions with vendor technical teams to evaluate APIs, define data exchange formats (e.g., JSON, XML, CSV), and determine appropriate transport methods (e.g., REST, SOAP, SFTP).
  • Design, document, and maintain technical integration specifications for external vendor systems, including data mappings, interface definitions, transformation logic, and delivery protocols.
  • Serve as consultant, and L3 support for the deployment, and maintenance of robust ETL pipelines using tools like SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), supporting automated data ingestion, transformation, validation, and delivery between systems.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support large-scale data integration, monitoring, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Act as the technical point of contactfor all vendor integration issues, owning problem resolution, root cause analysis, and long-term stability planning.
  • Implement and maintain integration monitoring and alerting to proactively detect issues in data transfers, latency, and schema mismatches.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between Quantum Health and vendor technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable technical plans and ensuring vendor deliverables meet contractual and operational expectations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in working with external partners
