- Lead and oversee the financial performance of this business-critical set of technical services.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation.
- Implement and lead a strong Product Management function for both Collaboration and general-purpose AI tools.
- Drive the strategy for world class and consistent product management practices across the Services & Platforms organization.
- Lead the strategy & delivery of AI tools for knowledge workers and workgroups.
- Advance this technology, build a clear roadmap and communications plan to clearly guide employees to the right AI tool for their needs.
- Lead both the strategy & delivery of the Collaboration platforms across TWDC, with a product management focus to deliver the capabilities needed in the most efficient way possible.
