BNY is seeking a Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join their Custody Data Services team to design and develop high-quality, responsive, and scalable UI components for BNY applications, resolve application-related issues, and collaborate with the Product team to understand business requirements and achieve team goals.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with ASP.Net, C, SQL Server as back-end technologies, and Angular as the front-end framework.
- Proficiency in ASP.Net MVC, LINQ, Razor, ADO.Net, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, and CSS.
- Knowledge of Restful API development and .NET Core.
- Strong experience with SDLC methodologies, Jira, Git, Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing high-quality, responsive, and scalable UI components for BNY applications using Angular and other front-end technologies.
- Assist the product team in resolving application-related issues.
- Work independently and as part of a globally diverse team.
- Collaborate with the Product team to understand business requirements and achieve team goals.
- Developing and maintaining UI components that meet BNY's design standards and accessibility guidelines.
- Contributing to the development of new features and applications and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in software development; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
