Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data and AI strategy
- Oversee the management of data assets, ensuring integrity, availability, and security of data across the organization
- Establish and maintain high standards of data quality, implementing robust data governance frameworks and processes
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data pipelines and architectures to support advanced analytics and AI initiatives
- Drive the development and deployment of AI solutions to enhance business operations, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights
- Build and lead a team of data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists to develop in-house AI tools and applications
- Identify and capitalize on emerging AI technologies and partnerships in the commercial AI landscape
Other
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 18+ years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams
