Requirements
- Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models, preferably in NLP and chatbot domains.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages; familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate insights leveraging the scientific method, specializing in model science, feature science, and insight science capabilities.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to improve chatbot understanding, response accuracy, and user engagement.
- Analyze large volumes of chatbot interaction data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Continuously evaluate and refine models to ensure robustness, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
- Stay current with emerging AI, NLP, and data mining techniques to innovate chatbot capabilities.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Supervise and guide junior team members, provide training in technical tools and business applications, and contribute to team objectives.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent work experience; experience in related fields preferred.
- 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in the securities or financial services industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into practical solutions and product enhancements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
