BNY is looking for a Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join their Wealth Services Engineering team to design, develop, test, and deploy full stack web applications, contributing to transformative solutions that redefine industries and uplift communities worldwide.
Requirements
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
- React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring), or .NET
- RESTful API and/or GraphQL design and implementation
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases
- Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or similar for front/back-end testing
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code (frontend + backend)
- Create and consume RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
- Implement responsive UI components using modern front-end frameworks
- Integrate with databases, third-party services, and cloud platforms
- Optimize application performance and scalability
