BNY is seeking a Vice President, Infrastructure Services to manage the intake pipeline, complete initiative estimates, and act as a liaison for vendor engagements and delivery management for Workplace Initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT; 2+ years in IT Service Management role required
- 5 years of experience in IT/ Business Analysis/ Initiative Delivery
- Expertise in Jira, PowerBI, Excel
- Experience in process assessment, improvement and implementation of new workflows to address
Responsibilities
- Manage intake pipeline and complete initiative estimates
- Support the broader team relative to project funding, reporting and the capital plan process
- Act as the primary liaison for the team with the Enterprise Sourcing Office; fulfill the role of Engagement Manager as applicable for vendor engagements
- Act as a Delivery Manager, working with numerous cross-functional TSG teams to deliver technology for Workplace Initiatives in conjunction with business partners including Real Estate, Corporate Security and Lines of Business

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- 4-day in office/1 day optional remote
