Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 7 years in leadership roles focused on implementing and scaling AI solutions
- Expertise in integrating AI technologies, including GenAI, into complex systems and ensuring their operational viability
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Responsibilities
- Translate organizational objectives into actionable AI strategies and deliver scalable, results-oriented solutions
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of AI technologies, including GenAI models for applications such as claims processing, documentation automation, and customer support tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into Gainwell’s existing systems and ensure their operational success
- Monitor AI project performance and lead continuous improvement efforts to meet evolving client needs and regulatory requirements
- Ensure all AI implementations comply with HIPAA, CMS, and other healthcare standards, prioritizing data security and ethical practices
- Drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and processes using AI technologies
